Our Story

Founded in 2003, Red Star Automotive is a family-owned collision shop in Tonawanda that has proudly served Buffalo NY, North Tonawanda, and WNY for over two decades.

The phrase “no job is too small, no job is too big” may sound like a cliché in today’s market—but for us, it is a principle we truly live by. We combine professional expertise with a personal, family-oriented approach, treating every client with respect, care, and honesty.

We work with all major insurance companies and maintain strong relationships with large wholesale accounts, as well as municipal clients. Over the years, our main location alone has completed more than 1,200 collision repair units annually, reflecting both our capacity and the trust placed in us.

Our team consists of experienced experts and professionals who have been with us for many years. Equipped with state-of-the-art tools and industry knowledge that many shops simply do not possess, we take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and reliable results.
