Red Star Auto Center complies with all New York State Department of Motor Vehicles (NYS DMV) auto repair regulations.

Written Estimates
In accordance with NYS law, customers are entitled to a written estimate before any repair work begins. No work will be performed without customer authorization.

Authorization of Repairs
Repairs exceeding the original estimate will not be performed without additional customer approval.

Return of Replaced Parts
Customers may request the return of replaced parts at the time authorization is given, except where parts must be returned to suppliers under warranty.

Invoices & Documentation
Upon completion of repairs, customers will receive an itemized invoice detailing labor, parts, and applicable fees.
